A-1 Ranch is a 33 lot gated subdivision that encompasses over 90 acres with parcels from 2 acres to 3.80 acres. There is 18 acre community area meadow with a beautiful pond and incredible San Francisco Peaks views. This community is surrounded by miles of Forest Service land yet only 7 minutes from Flagstaff. At a higher elevation than the City of Flagstaff, A-1 Ranch is slightly cooler and receives more snowfall.

A-1 Ranch was created by the Brackin family of Williams and Flagstaff. This pristine parcel in the shadow of A-1 Mountain (elevation 8300) has a long history of cattle ranching, although now it is mostly elk, deer and coyotes who roam the area. Also, there is a “tale” of the A-1 Steak Sauce being created here.
